The Health Behavior course is being offered for three semester hours of graduate credit by the University of Central Arkansas. The tuition for this course is $733.50. To enroll in this course, please follow the directions below:
- Complete the "Application for Admission to Graduate Study for U.S. Students" and submit a check for $25.00 payable to The University of Central Arkansas (if you have not already completed this application).
- Complete the "Enrollment Form for Health Education Promotion Network."
- Enclose a check for tuition, $733.50, payable to The University of Central Arkansas.

The University of Central Arkansas will confirm your matriculation in this course with the HEP Network, and you will be sent a login ID and password to allow you to access the course. At that time, you will receive the contact information for your assigned instructor.

- Health Education in the Elementary School (UCA Registration Information: HED 5350 Health Education Techniques in the Elementary School)

The tuition cost is $733.50 per 3 hour course. In order to register the course, you must fill out the Graduate Application form and the HEP Enrollment
